B2B Sales Representative - Chemical Products

We are recruiting on behalf of a long-established player in the distribution of chemical products in Morocco, recognized for the quality of its international partnerships, its financial strength and its long-term presence with industrial companies. As part of the development of its business dedicated to the agri-food sector, our partner wishes to strengthen its commercial presence and identify new growth opportunities. Reporting directly to the General Management, you will benefit from a large degree of autonomy in the organization of your activity and in your development proposals. Key points: Contract: Permanent, full-time position with 1/3 of the time spent traveling Location: Casablanca (investments mainly in Greater Casablanca) No company car, but a mileage allowance of 5,000 DH added to the net salary Comprehensive benefits package: health insurance, CIMR pension fund, 13th month bonus, bonuses Your mission Business development and portfolio management Develop and retain a portfolio of industrial clients in the agri-food sector Prospect for new accounts and identify business development opportunities Develop and deploy your sales action plan within your scope To develop sales figures and ensure the achievement of set objectives Strengthen relationships with decision-makers, buyers and technical managers Technical consulting and business management Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Prepare price quotes and conduct commercial negotiations Ensure orders are tracked until they are successfully completed. To guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction and address any operational issues. Product development and market monitoring Identify new applications, new markets and new products to integrate into the portfolio Conduct competitive, regulatory and technological monitoring To identify market trends and contribute to the company's commercial and marketing strategies Desired Candidate Profile With a higher education degree (Bac+4 Bac+5), ideally in business or engineering: chemistry, process engineering, agri-food or equivalent, you have a proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B business development. Experience gained in the distribution of chemicals, ingredients, additives or raw materials intended for industry will be a major asset. Technical skills: Mastery of B2B prospecting, negotiation and business development techniques Experience in managing a portfolio of industrial clients Ability to understand technical products and communicate with various internal stakeholders Good understanding of the challenges facing the agri-food industry and its regulatory requirements Ability to analyze a market and identify development opportunities My mastery of office software and sales reporting tools Driving licence and mobility for professional travel in Morocco Human skills: Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and ability to organize one's work effectively.
