Assess patients for suitability of aesthetic treatments and explain risks, benefits, and expected outcomes. Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care to ensure optimal treatment results. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records. Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, infection control standards and clinic protocols. Educate patients on preventive healthcare, skincare and wellness treatments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. Manage medical emergencies and adverse reactions related to aesthetic procedures. Support clinic growth through patient retention and excellent customer service.
