Logistics Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to oversee and coordinate the movement of goods, inventory management, transportation activities, and documentation processes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of products, maintain efficient logistics operations, and support supply chain objectives while complying with UAE regulations and company policies Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records. Arrange transportation, freight bookings, and delivery schedules. Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport companies. Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and customs documentation. Track shipments and provide regular status updates to management and customers. Resolve logistics-related issues, delays, and discrepancies efficiently. Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations, import/export requirements, and company procedures. Maintain logistics databases and generate operational reports. Optimize transportation routes and logistics costs while maintaining service quality. Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding receiving, storage, and dispatch activities. Support inventory audits and stock reconciliation processes. Monitor logistics KPIs and recommend process improvements. Desired Candidate Profile Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehouse operations. Knowledge of UAE import/export procedures and customs regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Skills Inventory management and stock control.
