Business Controller & Performance Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Main Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and control CRM routines and reporting together with the Sales team. Develop and control backlog management systems and forecasting routines for UAE, Oman, and Qatar operations. Monitor sales pipeline, opportunity conversion, and CRM compliance. Control estimated project costs versus actual execution costs and identify deviations. Support Operations and Estimation teams in improving project profitability. Maintain monthly management P&L for all entities and provide detailed analysis to the General Manager. Coordinate with Finance to ensure all expected costs, accruals, and provisions are properly reflected in monthly reporting. Maintain and update business performance dashboards. Develop and control backlog, invoicing, revenue, and execution forecasts. Prepare weekly and monthly management reports. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Identify automation opportunities and improve reporting efficiency. Support management with business analysis and strategic decision-making. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. MBA or professional certification in Finance/Controlling is an advantage. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, Management Reporting, or Project Controlling. Experience in manufacturing, industrial services, engineering, or project-based businesses. Experience supporting senior management with business performance reporting and decision-making. Technical Knowledge Strong knowledge of: P&L Management Budgeting and Forecasting Cost Controlling Variance Analysis Project Cost Control Backlog Management Revenue Forecasting KPI Development and Monitoring Management Reporting Systems & Software Advanced knowledge of: SAP HANA / SAP S4 HANA Power BI Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level) Power Query Power Automate CRM Systems Additional advantage: Business Intelligence and Automation Tools Personal Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. High level of ownership and accountability. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain). Ability to challenge data and provide business-oriented recommendations.
