Junior Accountant- Freshers- UAE nationals

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for Junior Accountant in Dubai, UAE. Kindly note that freshers are also eligible for the role. Job responsibilities: Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received. Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures. Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files. Type periodic reports and other records. Provide proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments to Suppliers/procurement team. Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures. Reconcile supplier account statements. Ensure the accuracy of financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes. Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner. Stock addition based on production report Desired Candidate Profile Experience: 0- 6 years of experience.
