Production Supervisor – Metal Ceiling & Cladding

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with a background in Metal Ceiling and Cladding manufacturing to oversee daily production operations, manage shop-floor personnel, and ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with engineering, planning, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure timely project delivery and optimal resource utilization. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities related to metal ceiling and cladding systems. Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources to meet production schedules and delivery commitments. Monitor production output, productivity, and quality to ensure targets are achieved. Ensure manufacturing is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Lead and motivate production teams, including operators, fabricators, and technicians. Conduct daily production meetings and provide clear work instructions to the workforce. Monitor material usage and minimize wastage through effective production control. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure machinery and equipment are operating efficiently. Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve workflow and efficiency. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production facility. Coordinate with Quality Control personnel to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions. Maintain production records, daily reports, and performance KPIs. Support production planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile Preferred Skills Experience with CNC punching, laser cutting, press brake, and fabrication machinery. Knowledge of aluminum and steel ceiling systems, cladding panels, and architectural metal products. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies. Understanding of production costing, productivity analysis, and quality management systems.
