Accounting & Finance Officer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and budgets, providing insights into financial performance and variances. Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct regular bank reconciliations and cash flow management to maintain optimal liquidity and identify potential discrepancies. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is highly desirable. Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles. Proven experience in a similar industry (e.g., technology, manufacturing, non-profit) is preferred.
