Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the entire 5-gallon water bottling and filling process, ensuring adherence to strict quality and safety standards. Manage and train a team of production operators, fostering a high-performance culture focused on efficiency and accuracy. Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet daily and weekly output targets without compromising quality. Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation, sanitation, and product handling. Desired Candidate Profile Lead, motivate, and manage the 5G sales team to meet sales targets and ensure efficient operations. Monitor and ensure the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (Both Volume and Value) for each team member. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets, increase customer acquisition, and retain existing customers. Provide ongoing training and guidance to sales representatives to improve performance and product knowledge. Oversee and optimize van sales routes to ensure maximum efficiency and coverage in potential areas. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Track and report to HOD on competitors’ activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to stay competitive. Ensure timely stock availability and coordinate with the logistics team to manage supply. Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, tracking progress and identifying growth opportunities. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements within the sales team and operations.s.
