Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, to foster long-term business engagements. Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic planning. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system to support effective follow-up and pipeline management. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of products and services. Desired Candidate Profile Roles and Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in FMCG, bottled water, food, and beverage markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, retail chains, and corporate clients. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, pricing trends, and new market opportunities. Develop sales strategies to increase product distribution and market share. Generate leads through field visits, networking, client meetings, and business presentations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients and distributors. Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery. Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve client complaints or service issues effectively. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, customer feedback reports, and market analysis for management review. Maintain strong knowledge of company products, promotions, and industry trends. Support marketing activities, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and brand awareness programs. Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising in retail outlets. Follow up on payments, outstanding balances, and account reconciliations with customers. Develop and maintain long-term business partnerships to increase repeat business. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements. Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements for business growth and profitability. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer database, and pipeline opportunities. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within FMCG, bottled water, food, or beverage industry. Strong knowledge of UAE market and distribution channels preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure. Strong presentation and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Valid UAE Driving License preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
