Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support lead generation and brand awareness objectives. Collaborate with media agencies and internal stakeholders to launch and optimize online advertising campaigns across SEM, social media, display networks, and other digital channels. Evaluate marketing campaign performance and ensure the effective use of channels, tools, and media for maximum ROI. Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports, highlighting campaign effectiveness and return on investment. Monitor and manage the lead lifecycle through the MIS/CRM system and coordinate with commercial teams to ensure timely lead follow-up. Update and maintain the company website, ensuring content accuracy, campaign alignment, and adherence to SEO best practices. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple online and offline channels. Create engaging content and marketing copy for digital platforms, websites, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials. Measure campaign performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights. Work closely with internal departments to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and annual marketing plans. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or in a related field. 3–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Insights, and other marketing analytics platforms. Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and website CMS platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong content creation and copywriting abilities. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent organizational, project management, and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
