Cashier cum Accountant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Candidate Should have working experience as Cashier and manager Account also. Manage daily cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling and reporting. Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements to track cash flow and identify discrepancies. Assist in budgeting and forecasting to provide insights for strategic financial planning. Process invoices and payments while maintaining organized financial records for accountability. Conduct regular audits of cash drawers to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Collaborate with management to implement cost-saving measures and optimize financial operations. Engage with customers to address billing inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction. Utilize accounting software to streamline financial processes and generate reports efficiently. Train and mentor junior staff on cash handling procedures and accounting best practices. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards to mitigate financial risks. Can speak English , Hindi and Urdu Handling cash efficiently. Should have good knowledge how to deal with the customer Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred to ensure foundational knowledge. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in both cashiering and accounting functions. Certification in accounting software to enhance operational efficiency. Experience in retail or hospitality industries to understand cash flow dynamics and customer interactions. Fluency in English, Hindi, Urdu Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling. Exceptional attention to detail to accurately manage financial transactions and records. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and team members. Analytical mindset to assess financial data critically and make informed decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience under pressure.
