Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Title: BIM Executive Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Industry: Infrastructure Design | Engineering Consultancy | Project Management Employment Type: Full Time Experience Required: 5 – 8 Years Salary: Up to AED 10,000 per Month Job Summary We are seeking an experienced BIM Executive to join a leading Infrastructure Design and Engineering organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong BIM/CAD expertise and hands-on experience in infrastructure projects including roads, highways, rail, metro, bridges, and utilities. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for infrastructure projects. Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using industry-standard tools. Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and client specifications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and consultants. Prepare and maintain BIM documentation, reports, and model updates. Support project delivery through effective model management and coordination. Desired Candidate Profile Required Skills & Qualifications 5–8 years of BIM/CAD experience. Mandatory experience in Infrastructure Projects. Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Strong experience in BIM coordination and clash detection. Good understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and project execution. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Preferred Project Experience Roads & Highways Rail & Metro Bridges & Structures Utilities & Infrastructure Networks Education Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
