Mechanical Engineer - Receiving Authority (RA)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Perform duties as a Receiving Authority (RA) / Job Performer in accordance with site procedures and safety requirements. Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and contractor teams to ensure safe execution of work activities. Review work permits, risk assessments, and method statements. Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with HSE standards. Support mechanical maintenance, inspection, and project-related activities. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports. Assist in planning and execution of shutdown and maintenance activities. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of Gulf site experience. Experience working in heavy industrial environments (e.g., aluminium, steel, oil & gas, power plants, manufacturing, etc.). Good understanding of permit-to-work systems and site safety practices. Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Desired Candidate Profile Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good coordination and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with maintenance and industrial project environments.
