Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies across Saudi Arabia. Identify and secure project opportunities within residential, hospitality, healthcare, education and commercial sectors. Develop relationships with consultants, architects, designers and specification teams. Drive product approvals and project specifications. Engage developers, contractors and project stakeholders. Identify and appoint distributors and channel partners. Generate and manage project pipelines. Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis. Support exhibitions, customer engagement and market development initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile 5–15 years of experience in building materials, doors, construction products, interiors, fit-out or related sectors. Strong network with Saudi developers, consultants, contractors and distributors. Existing GCC contractor, developer and consultant relationships will be considered a strong advantage. Proven track record in project sales, specification sales, channel development or business development. Strong commercial, presentation and negotiation skills. Arabic and English language skills preferred. THE OPPORTUNITY This is a strategic business development role focused on expanding OUPAI's market presence across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, project management firms, distributors and key decision-makers involved in major construction projects.
