Chocolate Production Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Chocolate Production Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Chocolate Production Manager to lead and manage all chocolate manufacturing and packaging operations. The role focuses on efficient production planning, consistent product quality, team leadership, and full compliance with food safety standards. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, optimize raw material usage, and support product development initiatives in coordination with quality, maintenance, and management teams. Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee chocolate manufacturing and packaging machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet production targets. Drive productivity improvements through performance analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and manage the production team, ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with relevant departments. Work closely with the Quality Officer to ensure products meet approved specifications. Prepare periodic reports on production output, efficiency, and waste. Supervise the receipt of raw materials and verify compliance with approved specifications. Participate in developing new recipes and improving existing products in coordination with management. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements / Qualifications - Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing a food or confectionery manufacturing facility. -Strong knowledge of chocolate manufacturing and packaging machinery. -Proven hands-on experience in operating, setting up, and managing chocolate production and packaging machines, including: Selmi Chocolate World Elite Wrap Machine, Ammar Wrap Machine. - Ability to analyze and interpret production and performance reports. Proven leadership and team management skills.
