Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Elite Client Management & High-Value Revenue Generation Manage and cultivate a premium, high-net-worth client portfolio, building long-term loyalty and maximizing lifetime client value. Act as the primary advisor and closer for high-ticket individual purchases, private acquisitions, and high-end jewelry consultations. Execute sophisticated client-based sales strategies, proactively driving revenue by introducing tailored high-value pieces directly to targeted client segments. Craft and deliver bespoke, highly personalized luxury sales presentations and tailored purchasing terms for VIP collectors. Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding client portfolios, wealth, and private collections. Luxury Market Positioning & VIP Relations Build and nurture deep, authentic relationships with local VIPs, prominent family offices, and HNWIs, leveraging your local market presence. Leverage your deep high-end retail and jewelry industry background to develop a robust, loyal client-based network that aligns with the brand’s premium identity. Serve as a direct advisor to leadership on local luxury market shifts, client spending behaviors, and high-end positioning in Doha. Clientele, Portfolio Execution & Client-Based Data Management Oversee and execute the end-to-end client journey, ensuring elite luxury service standards are flawlessly delivered at every touchpoint. Maintain exceptional client-based data hygiene, systematically tracking client purchasing histories, sizing, private design preferences, and significant milestones to fuel targeted outreach. Convert client profiles and luxury retail indicators into proactive, highly tailored clientele and personalized sales campaigns. Utilize internal systems to track boutique performance, manage private inventory requests, and monitor the organic growth of your personal client book. Deal Execution & Boutique Excellence Drive complex, high-value client consultations from initial greeting and discovery to final transaction, packaging, and after-sales service. Collaborate with internal operations, workshop masters, and product teams to guarantee the seamless delivery of high-value client specifications and bespoke orders. Proactively resolve any service or operational friction points to safeguard client satisfaction and protect brand equity. VIP Events, Private Viewings & Experience Integration Coordinate and host private client viewings, closed-door product previews, and exclusive high-end pop-up boutique engagements. Leverage client-based insights to curate hyper-focused guest lists for exclusive previews, ensuring maximum engagement and sales conversion during private brand events. Align luxury retail previews with private client schedules to build organic, trusting relationships outside the traditional boutique environment. Represent the brand with flawless poise at elite regional luxury forums, private exhibitions, and high-profile social events. Desired Candidate Profile Education Bachelor’s degree in business, luxury brand management, Marketing, or any related field. Experience 6–12+ years of established sales experience within luxury retail or high-end retail environments. Prior experience and a proven track record within high-end jewelry or luxury jewelry is highly preferred and a major plus. Strong local experience within Doha / Qatar or any GCC is preferred, featuring a solid understanding of the local market dynamic and local cultural nuances. Demonstrated history of driving client-facing sales and building a dedicated personal client book (client-based management). Professional Skills & Competencies Client Facing Sales Expertise, outstanding ability to handle high-ticket, face-to-face luxury retail interactions with elite buyers. Sophisticated understanding of high-end retail psychology, gemstone/craftsmanship storytelling, and premium service etiquette. Absolute loyalty, discretion, and a high-agency closing mentality suited for a luxury house. Communication & Language Skills Bilingual Master: Native or corporate-level fluency in both Arabic and English is required. Highly polished diplomatic presence, elite persuasive speaking skills, and pristine written capabilities suited for high-profile stakeholders. What Differentiates This Role You will negotiate high-stakes premium contracts, not just hit standard unit quotas. You will act as a trusted proxy to high-net-worth clients and corporate directors alike. Direct vertical pathway toward Director of Luxury Sales, Brand Head, or General Management.
