Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Facilitate project status meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and timely distribution of minutes and action items to keep projects on track. Maintain and update project documentation repositories, ensuring all project artifacts are current, accessible, and compliant with PMO standards. Assist in the creation and tracking of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, proactively identifying potential risks and deviations. Support project managers by preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards that provide clear insights into project progress and performance metrics. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a project support or PMO coordination role. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
