Steel Manager - Rebars

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead all rebar-related business operations, including sales, procurement, inventory, and market development. Develop and implement strategies to increase rebar sales and market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers. Monitor market trends, steel prices, and competitor activities. Manage procurement and sourcing of rebar products to ensure competitive pricing and availability. Oversee inventory planning and stock management. Negotiate major contracts, supply agreements, and commercial terms. Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability goals, and operational KPIs. Lead, mentor, and develop sales and operations teams. Prepare business reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for management. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements Saudi or Emirati National preferred. Male, 45–50 years old preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in the steel industry. Extensive knowledge of steel rebars, including specifications, grades, applications, pricing, and market dynamics. Proven experience in rebar sales, trading, procurement, and business development. Strong network within the construction, infrastructure, and steel sectors in the GCC region. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and commercial management skills. Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and steel market trends. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. AI & Technology Skills Candidates must demonstrate practical proficiency in: ChatGPT Claude Gemini Perplexity Microsoft Copilot Grok Other advanced AI and business intelligence platforms The successful candidate should be capable of leveraging AI for market analysis, sales forecasting, procurement planning, reporting, business intelligence, and strategic decision-making.
