Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding sector. Generate leads and acquire new customers through field visits, networking, and referrals. Promote the company's logistics services, including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales deals. Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
