QA QC Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Position : QA/QC Executives / Associates Job Location : Dubai, UAE Number of Positions: 35+ Industry: Construction / Real Estate Developer Duration: 6 Months and extendable Experience Required: 1–2 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within the construction, contracting, or real estate development sector. Nationality: Open (Any Nationality) Interview Process: F2F and online for overseas candidates as in when required. Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality inspections of construction activities, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Monitor and verify that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, and applicable regulations. Identify, document, and report non-conformities and quality issues, and follow up on corrective actions. Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure quality requirements are met. Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, checklists, and related documentation. Participate in snagging, handover inspections, and quality audits as required. Ensure compliance with company quality management systems and HSE requirements. Support the timely completion of projects while maintaining the required quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, and construction quality standards. Good communication and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation processes.
