Group Marketing Head
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive group-wide marketing strategy aligned with overarching business objectives and financial targets. Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals across multiple business units, fostering collaboration and high performance. Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across all relevant channels, ensuring brand consistency and maximum ROI. Drive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats, informing strategic decision-making. Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve key performance indicators and optimize spend. Establish and monitor key marketing metrics and KPIs, providing insightful reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Cultivate strong relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors to leverage their expertise and drive campaign success. Champion brand stewardship and ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all group touchpoints. Spearhead digital transformation initiatives within the marketing function, embracing new technologies and data-driven approaches. Identify and explore new market segments and growth opportunities for the group, developing tailored marketing plans to penetrate them. Desired Candidate Profile Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a history of inspiring and developing high-performing marketing teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in the [Specify Industry, e.g., FMCG, Technology, Financial Services] sector is highly preferred. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other relevant languages is a plus. Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and marketing automation platforms. Extensive experience in managing large marketing budgets and demonstrating a strong understanding of financial metrics and ROI analysis. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have driven significant business growth and brand equity. Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-brand or multi-regional portfolios. Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
