HSE Coordinator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Develop and implement HSE training programs tailored to various roles, enhancing employee awareness and safety practices. Investigate incidents and near-misses, compiling detailed reports to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences. Collaborate with management to establish and maintain an effective HSE management system that aligns with organizational goals. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering is essential. Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly preferred to validate expertise in HSE practices. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in HSE coordination or management within the construction or oil & gas industries. Experience in conducting safety audits and risk assessments, demonstrating a proactive approach to hazard identification.
