Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team in daily operations. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation. Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and deliveries. Liaise with technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution. Maintain accurate records in the CRM/ERP system. Assist in preparing reports, forecasts, and sales analyses. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or a similar role. Technical background or experience in industrial, engineering, or technical products/services is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience Levels: Junior Level: 1–2 years of relevant experience. Mid-Level: 3–5 years of relevant experience with the ability to independently manage customer accounts and coordinate complex sales activities.
