Transformation Analyst
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role Overview: The Transformation Analyst will support the Senior Transformation Manager by providing data-driven insights, reporting, and analysis across strategic transformation initiatives. The analyst will contribute to project tracking, documentation, and the broader scope of the transformation department, including strategy formulation, planning, and execution, as required. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze data to support the execution and tracking of transformation projects. Research and Reporting: Conduct market research and competitor analysis, creating dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights on project progress. Project Support: Assist in project tracking, budget monitoring, and KPI reporting for transformation initiatives. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure thorough documentation of all project analysis, research findings, and reports for review by senior leaders. Support Strategic Functions: Contribute to strategy formulation, planning, and execution as needed, providing analytical support across functions. Additional Support: Assist with change management tasks, including stakeholder communication, readiness assessments, and engagement tracking. Additional Responsibilities: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project milestones and performance. Contribute to training needs assessment and data visualization to support change initiatives. Track metrics related to user readiness and monitor change progress on strategic projects. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in data analysis, project support, or transformation roles. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Strong organizational and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights. Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies is an advantage.
