Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using BIM software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate multidisciplinary designs and resolve conflicts. Conduct clash detection and generate reports to identify and mitigate potential issues early in the design process. Create detailed documentation, including drawings and specifications, to support project deliverables and compliance. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field with a strong foundation in design principles. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling within the architecture, engineering, or construction industries. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work. Certifications in BIM methodologies, such as Autodesk Certified Professional or similar, to validate technical expertise.
