Planning Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules using software tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines. Conduct resource allocation analysis to optimize productivity and minimize delays, adjusting schedules as necessary based on ongoing project developments. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget. Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and potential bottlenecks. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential. 5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction or engineering sectors is preferred. Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools is a must. Certification as a Planning Engineer (e.g., PMI-SP or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
