Workshop Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and proactive Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, coordinating repair and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with ADNOC and company standards, and supporting the delivery of exceptional service. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage workshop resources effectively while driving operational excellence. Manage daily workshop operations and workflow. Allocate repair and maintenance jobs to technicians based on skills and workload. Monitor technician productivity and workshop bay utilization. Conduct quality control inspections before vehicle delivery. Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, company policies, and safety requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and service advisors. Maintain workshop discipline, attendance, and housekeeping standards. Monitor the condition and availability of tools, equipment, and consumables. Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions. Prepare and submit daily performance and productivity reports. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5+ years of experience in a workshop supervisory role within the automotive industry. Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance, and workshop operations. Proven leadership and team management skills. Ability to maintain discipline and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of quality control procedures and safety regulations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Proficiency in workshop management systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage. Diploma or certification in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
