Receptionist (UAE National)
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable at all times. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries. Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings. Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments. Maintain records, files, and office documents. Assist with data entry and preparation of reports when required. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed. Support office management with day-to-day operational task Desired Candidate Profile UAE National (Family Book required). High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree. 1–2 years of relevant experience in reception, customer service, or administration. Good communication skills in Arabic and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
