Business Development Manager – Contracting
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, project owners, and procurement teams. Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert opportunities into profitable projects. Review project requirements and coordinate with technical teams to develop suitable solutions and quotations. Track market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities. Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to project award, execution and payment collection. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development strategies. Coordinate closely with operations and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Business Development, Project Sales, or Technical Sales within the contracting or construction industry. Good network with MEP, HVAC, power, industrial, and general contractors Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business. Experience working with contractors, consultants, industrial clients, and government entities. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our market presence, develop strategic client relationships, and drive revenue growth across Saudi Arabia. Technical Knowledge Experience in one or more of the following sectors is preferred: Specialized Contracting Services Concrete Cutting & Core Drilling Structural Modification Controlled Demolition Civil Construction MEP Projects Industrial Projects Infrastructure Works Skills Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and commercially focused. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual Arabic and English speaker preferred. Existing network within contractors, consultants, project owners, and industrial clients in Riyadh and Eastern Province. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Valid Saudi Driving License.
