QAQC Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans tailored to specific projects to ensure adherence to industry standards and client specifications. Conduct rigorous inspections and testing of materials, processes, and products at various stages of production to identify non-conformities. Collaborate closely with project teams to provide immediate feedback on quality issues and recommend corrective actions to enhance performance. Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, inspection results, and non-conformance reports to facilitate audits and compliance. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, with a strong technical foundation. 4-5 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC within manufacturing, construction, or engineering industries showcasing depth of knowledge. Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or CQI/IRCA Lead Auditor are highly desirable to demonstrate commitment to quality excellence. Proven expertise in using QA/QC tools and software, such as statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA).
