Job Description Roles & Responsibilities China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting Project Engineer to join our construction Dept. in a High Rise Tower project in Dubai. Duties and Responsibilities: Understanding project requirements & scope of work Supervise the operations, Site organization, and execution plans Allocating project team members for mobilization Managing all materials, equipment and manpower in site for good productivity. Ensuring the construction activities meets the quality standards.
