Maintaince Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all daily site activities and workforce. Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the agreed timeline. Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site. Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and workmanship. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and management. Manage manpower allocation, attendance, and productivity. Monitor material usage, raise material requests, and prevent wastage. Prepare and submit daily progress reports, site records, and documentation. Identify site issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure client satisfaction throughout project execution. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 2. Minimum 3–5 years of site supervision experience in the UAE construction or technical services industry. 3. Strong knowledge of maintenance, fit-out, MEP, and general technical works. 4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents. 5. Good understanding of UAE health, safety, and quality standards. 6. Strong leadership and team management skills. 7. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic reporting. 9. Valid UAE Driving License preferred. 10. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
