Job Description Roles & Responsibilities NOW HIRING | Lifestyle Manager (HNWI) | Abu Dhabi, UAE We are seeking an exceptional Lifestyle Manager to support a high-net-worth principal in Abu Dhabi. This is a highly discreet, fast-paced, and service-driven role requiring absolute professionalism and a background in ultra-luxury hospitality and private support. Key Responsibilities Deliver seamless lifestyle and concierge support to the principal Manage travel, dining, leisure, and lifestyle arrangements at the highest level Coordinate private events, VIP visits, and formal entertaining Oversee inventories, purchasing controls, and household/lifestyle systems Train and guide support staff to ultra-luxury service standards Maintain professional, refined, and discreet communication at all times Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment Travel with the principal as required Please note: Accommodation and transportation are not provided. Desired Candidate Profile Previous experience within a 5-star ultra-luxury hotel or resort in the UAE (Front Office, Butler or Guest Relations) is mandatory Prior experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant is essential Strong command of English (spoken and written) Additional language required: European, CIS, Balkan, or Afrikaans Immaculate personal presentation with an elegant and polished appearance Exceptional attention to detail and anticipatory service mindset Proven experience in: Luxury travel arrangements (hotels, flights, private bookings) Restaurant reservations and VIP experiences Sourcing items and handling bespoke lifestyle requests Highly discreet, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment Flexible to travel with the principal when required Strong understanding of luxury etiquette and high-end service standards Must be based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews in the UAE Company Industry HotelsHospitality Department / Functional Area Administration Keywords Lifestyle Manager Get real-time job updates only on our App
