Project Manager - Cladding

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage cladding, façade, roofing, and metal works projects from award to handover. Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project progress, budget, and overall performance. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Lead site teams and resolve technical and operational issues. Manage procurement and material delivery schedules. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations. Prepare progress reports, project documentation, variations, and claims. Conduct project meetings and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure successful project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 8–12 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years managing cladding, façade, roofing, or architectural metal works projects. Strong knowledge of cladding systems, façade installation, roofing works, and structural coordination. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget. Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills. Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, procurement, and contract administration. Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with UAE/GCC construction standards, regulations, and HSE requirements. PMP certification and UAE Driving License are considered advantages.
