Sales Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Promote and sell building materials products and related construction materials. Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and product presentations. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals. Follow up on inquiries, orders, and payments. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events when required. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field. Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in building materials, construction products, or related industries. Strong knowledge of construction materials and the local construction market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driving license Fluency in English, Hindi ,additional languages are an advantage.
