Studio Operations & Client Experience Coordinator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage all data entry, client records, waivers, and database accuracy through our studio management platform Handle class bookings, scheduling, and calendar management for coaches and students Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions with accuracy and confidentiality Generate and maintain detailed reports on attendance, revenue, and client activity Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints in person, by phone, and via email Maintain and uphold Dubai Circus School's quality and service standards at all times Manage the studio floor — coordinating between coaches, students, and management Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office Suite for administrative and reporting tasks Support new client onboarding, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience Cover sales duties and responsibilities in the absence of the designated sales team member, including lead follow-ups, converting inquiries, and promoting DCS programs and packages Desired Candidate Profile What We're Looking For Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an operations, admin, or customer service role Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with studio, gym, or client management platforms is a strong advantage Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills A quick learner who adapts fast and embraces new tools and processes Growth-oriented mindset — eager to take on new responsibilities and advance within the role Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment A Bachelor's Degree is an advantage Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for delivering excellence Employment Type Full Time Company Industry FitnessWellnessGymSalonSpa Department / Functional Area Store Operations (For Retail Industry) Keywords Operations CoordinatorCustomer ServiceClient RelationsClient ExperienceClient Services Coordinator Get real-time job updates only on our App
