Site Engineer/ project Engineer - Joinery

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and manage site activities for joinery and interior fit-out works Handle installation of: Doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, vanity units, TV units, wall cladding, etc. Ensure work is executed as per approved shop drawings and specifications Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards Conduct site inspections, snagging, and final handover processes Prepare and raise inspection requests (WIR/MIR) and follow up for approvals Manage materials, manpower, and daily site operations Maintain site reports, documentation, and progress updates Ensure timely project completion within budget Desired Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 2–5 years as Site Engineer Mandatory experience in joinery / furniture / interior fit-out projects Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of joinery works (doors, wardrobes, cabinetry, etc.) Ability to read and interpret shop drawings Familiar with snagging and handover procedures Project Exposure: Experience in residential / commercial / hospitality fit-out projects Team Handling: Experience supervising site workers/installers Software: AutoCAD, MS Excel (Project tracking tools is a plus) Other Requirements: Experience coordinating with contractors and consultants Valid UAE driving license - Mandatory Employment Type Full Time Company Industry FurnitureFurnishingsHome Décor Department / Functional Area Engineering Keywords Site EngineeringJoinery Get real-time job updates only on our App
