Project Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage overall project delivery from design to completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams. Monitor project schedule, budget, quality, and progress. Lead site execution and resolve project issues. Manage design coordination and technical requirements. Prepare progress reports and ensure project objectives are achieved. Travel between Dubai office and Iraq project site as required. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management. Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management. Experience in healthcare / hospital projects is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction, design coordination, and project delivery. Proven experience managing consultants, contractors, and site teams. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel between Dubai and Iraq. Iraqi nationality is preferred for easier travel.
