Outdoor Sales Executive - Welding Products & Equipment

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive with a valid UAE driving license to promote and sell welding equipment, cutting tools, and welding accessories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through regular client visits and market development activities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, fabrication, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. Promote and sell welding consumables, cutting equipment, welding machines, consumables and safety accessories. Conduct regular customer visits to generate sales and strengthen client relationships. Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and outstanding payments. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback. Provide periodic sales reports and forecasts to management. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 1–3 years of outdoor sales experience in welding products, cutting tools, industrial equipment, consumables or related products. Strong knowledge of welding consumables, cutting equipment, and safety accessories. Valid UAE driving license (mandatory). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
