Export Sales Professional
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Are you an experienced export sales professional with a strong background in international business development and a passion for driving growth in global markets? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and lead the expansion of our lubricants business across regional and international markets. Develop and manage relationships with international distributors, agents, and key accounts. Identify and penetrate new export markets while generating qualified leads through market research, trade events, digital platforms, and targeted outreach. Negotiate commercial agreements and secure profitable contracts with overseas customers and distributors. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve export revenue, volume, and market share targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities, particularly in niche markets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely deliveries, and exceptional customer service. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market developments, and customer insights. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 5 years of export sales experience, preferably within the lubricants industrial sectors. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in international markets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Knowledge of export regulations, international trade, and shipping procedures. Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills will be a significant advantage. Willingness to travel internationally for business development activities.
