Field Service Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Onshore & Offshore onsite supervision experience in the UAE & outside the UAE of GT auxiliary equipment erection and modification. Conduct site surveys and create survey reports covering all the technical aspects (dimensions, existing equipment material of contraction, access plans, etc.). Assess the labor and equipment requirements for each project and submit price analysis. Provide technical instruction to field service representatives regarding the installation, operation, commissioning repair and maintenance of equipment at customer installations. Actively lead, supported and managed sub-contract labor to ensure timely execution of the installation project and ensure all site safety procedures were adhered to. Ensure AAF site safety procedures and environmental codes of practice are enforced throughout installation activities. Monitor health and safety documentation and complete safety inspections. Create Time Sheets, Review and approve Time Sheets & Review manpower invoices to ensure its matching with the approved time sheets. Create RFQ’s for Site Tools, consumables & PPE and review / analyze the quotations. Working closely with the sales and applications team when bidding for projects. Cost Estimation for site service works covering all the aspects (labor, tools, equipment, etc.). Create Method Statements & Risk Assessments (MSRA). Create Lifting Plans and lifting equipment selection and understanding. Compiling Site Services Work Packs in timely manner for job execution including manufacture Drawings, installation programs, method statements, risk assessments, lifting plans and related quality certifications. Assignment of the workforce & resources to multiple sites for simultaneous projects. Attending client online & onsite meetings to ensure the installation, co-ordination and planning of the work is in line with the client’s expectations. Develops and determines priorities and monitors status of special projects on an ongoing basis. Ability to create hand sketches or AutoCAD sketches related to site services works (surveys & onsite works). Acts as liaison between customers and other departments. Maintains progress scheduling forms / site planning forms. Prepares Daily progress reports and final site reports. Prepares Job Completion Certificate upon completion of project and get client approval. Maintaining site tools calibration, certification and tagging systems up to date. Maintaining site tools and consumables lists up to date after completion of every project. Create Tools and consumables shipping lists for each project with packing details. Maintain the site services training, qualification & PPE matrix up to date for all the site team members and sales team need to visit sites. Assist admin team to book the required trainings, apply for access passes, book flights, hotels, transportation, etc. for AAF field representatives for projects in the UAE & outside the UAE.
