QAQC Engineer - Facade

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance processes and guidelines specific to facade construction. Review architectural and engineering drawings and specifications related to the facade. Monitor the selection and quality of facade materials, including glass, cladding, insulation, and sealants. Verify that installation methods comply with industry standards and safety regulations. Maintain detailed records of facade inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports. Generate reports summarizing QA/QC findings and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Collaborate with project management to track and resolve quality-related issues. Communicate quality-related information to project stakeholders, including project managers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors. Conduct regular meetings to discuss and address quality concerns and improvements. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum of 3-7 years of progressive experience in QA/QC roles, with a strong focus on facade systems in the construction industry. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proficiency in conducting various facade testing methods and analyzing results for performance validation. Excellent technical understanding of different facade types (e.g., curtain walls, cladding, windows, louvers) and their installation intricacies.
