Quantity Surveyor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Asphalt roads is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our Roads & Asphalt Division in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience in road construction, asphalt works, and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Estimate project costs and prepare cost reports. Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Prepare subcontractor comparisons and evaluate quotations. Process monthly payment applications and subcontractor invoices. Manage variations, claims, and final accounts. Monitor project costs and support budget control. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation in core principles. Professional certification such as MRICS or equivalent, demonstrating commitment to industry standards and ethics. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in construction or engineering projects, showcasing practical expertise. Experience in both public and private sector projects, enhancing versatility and understanding of diverse client needs.
