Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Requirements Degree – Any Engineering Degree or higher qualification Minimum 15+ years of project execution experience with at least 7+ years in a managerial role Proven experience in high-rise towers, large-scale developments, residential villas, and full project lifecycle delivery Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and international construction standards Proficiency in construction and project management software Strong leadership, team building, and conflict management skills Excellent planning, negotiation, and communication abilities Dynamic personality with a result-oriented mindset Ability to manage change, take calculated risks, and maintain strong working relationships Desired Candidate Profile · Assist higher management in overall execution and delivery of construction projects · Prepare and review project plans, schedules, and specifications · Provide input on design improvements, cost-saving measures, and construction challenges · Monitor project budgeting in coordination with estimators and prepare general condition budgets · Set up site offices and manage equipment and resource requirements · Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams while leading construction activities · Expedite drawings, approvals, and regulatory requirements · Monitor construction progress and update schedules on a weekly basis · Identify and communicate design discrepancies or issues to stakeholders · Lead site meetings and resolve project-related concerns with all related stakeholders · Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards · Track inspections, testing, and approvals from authorities · Control and monitor labour, material, and equipment costs · Prepare monthly progress reports, billing, and invoicing · Ensure preparation of as-built drawings and manage project close-out documentation · Deliver projects within defined quality, cost, and timeline objectives Employment Type Full Time Company Industry ConstructionCivil Engineering Department / Functional Area Site EngineeringProjects Keywords Project PlanSchedulesCost SavingExecution Get real-time job updates only on our App
