Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and tracking of expenses. Conduct variance analysis by comparing budgeted costs against actual costs to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with project managers and department heads to gather input on project financial needs and align budgetary goals. Prepare comprehensive cost reports for senior management, highlighting insights and trends impacting project profitability. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis, preferably within a project-based environment. Certification in Cost Management (e.g., CCP, CMA) is highly desirable to demonstrate expertise. Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is preferred to align with the company's operational needs.
