Monitor contract performance and compliance, conducting audits and generating reports to track deliverables and milestones. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in engineering, law, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus for advanced understanding. At least 5 years of experience in contract management within engineering or construction industries, showcasing a solid track record of successful negotiations. Proficiency in contract law and regulations, with relevant certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or equivalent. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and identify key implications for the organization.
