Marketing Assistant/Manager
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute designer perfume and fragrances brand animation campaigns across various retail chain outlets, creating engaging content and monitoring performance metrics. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, from 360 animations to product launches, ensuring seamless logistical coordination. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for strategic advantage. Create and manage marketing collateral, including sales reports, presentations, and A&Ps, ensuring business plan consistency. Support the management of brand relationships and consistently engage in new opportunities with potential new brands. Track and report on key marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Manage and update brand presentation in store and execute shelves, podiums and windows as per regulations. Administer automation platforms, with comfortable use of AI for optimised workflow as well as full fluency on Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including budget tracking, vendor management, and scheduling. Desired Candidate Profile Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar. Familiarity with AI platforms such as Chat GPT and how they can be used to optimise workflow. Past experience of working in the perfumes and fragrances industry with relevant experience as a marketing manager/ assistant. Past experience with brand development, brand launches and brand onboarding. Past experience with running successful brand animation campaigns including windows, podiums, social media and training BAs/BCs in store. 2-4 years of progressive experience in marketing coordination or a similar role, within the perfumes and fragrances industry. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and marketing strategies.
