Compliance Monitoring and Testing Specialist

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities ● Perform compliance reviews aligned with the bank’s policies and local regulations, reporting findings to function lead. ● Identify regulatory weaknesses and areas of non-compliance, providing recommendations for corrective actions. ● Periodically monitor and follow-up on the status of corrective actions to ensure timely resolution. ● Contribute to the production of Management Information reports summarizing review findings for senior management. ● Assist in conducting special investigations or reviews as directed by the function lead. ● To keep abreast of regulatory developments and to review changes to regulation, analyse its impact for the bank and advise the regional management on changes necessary to meet new or revised regulatory requirements. ● Perform other additional tasks as required from time to time directed by the function lead. Desired Candidate Profile ● Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Management, Banking or Finance, preferably with certification in compliance, risk management or internal audit.
