We are currently hiring for the position of Senior Camp Boss / Accommodation Officer with Penta Global Engineering Construction Company LLC. Position Senior Camp Boss / Accommodation Officer Location UAE Industry EPC | Oil & Gas | Construction Key Responsibilities Manage labour accommodation for a workforce of 2,000–3,500+ employees. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and UAE Labour Laws. Supervise catering, housekeeping, maintenance, and transportation services. Manage accommodation allocation and employee welfare. Coordinate vendor and AMC management. Conduct HSE inspections and emergency preparedness activities. Prepare operational reports and manage camp budgets. Requirements 7+ years of Camp Management experience. Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, or Construction projects. NEBOSH IGC Certification (Mandatory). HACCP Level 3 Certification (Preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. UAE experience is preferred.
