Accountant
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage all accounting and financial activities of the company. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Process employee salaries through Mudad and ensure timely payroll payments. Calculate end-of-service benefits, leave settlements, and employee deductions. Manage VAT filings and ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations. Coordinate with auditors and prepare documents required for audits. Monitor company cash flow, bank balances, and financing obligations. Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly. Prepare and submit tax, zakat, and other statutory reports. Track project costs, equipment expenses, fuel consumption, and operational expenditures. Monitor supplier invoices, subcontractor payments, and customer collections. Follow up on outstanding receivables and support debt recovery efforts. Prepare quotations, invoices, payment certificates, and financial reports for management. Maintain records of company assets, equipment, and depreciation schedules. Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure compliance with Saudi labor, tax, and commercial regulations. Coordinate with banks regarding financing, guarantees, letters of credit, and other banking matters. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.
